My car is useless in this weather... Cold wet roads + boosted FRS = Lots of cut power lol

Hey guys. CSCS is this Sunday July 5th at Cayuga (TMP). A bunch of us will be heading down in the morning it's $20 for full day admission BYOB/Food and is a cool day out watching drift, time attack and drag. If anyone is interested in going we should meet up and cruise down.

Flat_4_Life 07-02-2015 11:13 PM

Anyone interested in going down to Cayuga this Friday for open lapping with me?

Next Saturday (Aug 22) is the annual St Marys, Ont car show. Open to all years and models of cars of interest. I participated last year and even won a prize. Good fun and loads of cool cars (150 last year).
Plan to participate again this year and invite anybody to come and help me represent.

Should be able to make it. Are we meeting elsewhere to then convoy it up to the plant like last year?

Tcoat 09-10-2015 06:35 PM

I am gonna try to make it but I am since I am away all week next week it depends on how prepped I am.

hmong337 09-11-2015 02:39 PM

I might go. Will take the FRS.

df.dima 09-11-2015 02:51 PM

Im tempted to go too. Just have to wash my car and clean it up, too dirty with all the construction and sand dust in our neighbourhood :( Sounds like it could be fun.

Don't know if you are on here and no way to say this without sounding like a jerk but I am gonna do it anyway:

Dude, what the hell were you thinking? Plastidip your tails? Not only is it terribly dangerous and illegal it looks like crap. Peel that shit off.

It would have been far better to bake them apart and paint the chrome parts black (but obviously keep the lights unobstructed). That way the look is consistent without being illegal and asking to be rear ended.

Actually the pic looks about 100 times better than the real thing. From 10 feet back it looks like two weird shaped blackboards.

Seems like a case of joshuagranger all over again.

Just because it can be done, doesn't mean it should be.
