KI_ZN6 at HID PowerHouse
 

I bought my HIDs and most of my LED lighting from @KI_ZN6 over a year ago. Every question I've ever had, he answered within about 2 hours, but mostly I got a PM back right away.

The quality of the lights are fantastic and they look great. I have had a few problems with the license plate lights flickering or some chips completely going out. When I first said I had an issue, they sent me a replacement right away, free of charge under the warranty. I got it in just a couple days, even though it came from Canada.

Then the one that was not replaced started flickering a couple weeks ago. I contacted him today and he stated that they are aware of the subpar quality of these specific license plate lights, which is why they changed suppliers for them.

The fact that he admitted to me they made a mistake in choosing who to use, but then rectifying it, made me very comfortable knowing that they will not continue to sell those. So Ken offered a fantastic deal to me to replace my older license plate LEDs because I was having issues. He said the new ones I ordered are of much better quality and look much better/brighter.

If you want a great company to work with, who has fantastic customer service and will work with the customer until they are happy, go with KI_ZN6 at HID Powerhouse. I love all my lights and I will continue to go to them for any lighting needs!

Thanks for the review and feedback. With any products (including lighting products), problems sometimes arise at the manufacturer/supplier level and as resellers, we do the best we can to examine these any problem(s) and take corrective action immediately, whether it is sourcing a higher quality, better product or refraining from ordering from problematic manufacturers that fail to address issues in a satisfactory manner.

Suppliers for Toyota are not bulletproof as FR-S and BRZ have known issues like taillamp condensation, engine crickets, etc. and these are all address by Toyota/Subaru in the form of a service bulletin/warranty. Taillights are not made by Toyota, however, it is imperative that a company will take appropriate steps to address the problem, not only for its customers, but also working with the supplier/manufacturer. As long as a problem is identified, big companies like Toyota and any business (including HID Powerhouse) will attend to resolving the problem in an effective and proactive manner.
