So I finally decided to trade in my 2011 Black fj cruiser for this beauty! pretty excited to start adding to it and I'm going to try out auto cross this summer, so more to come on how that goes. Any suggestions on my first mod?

Wheels, lowered suspension, cat back. Transforms the car completely!

Nice! That's pretty much what I had in mind! Just can't decide if I want full coilovers or just springs!

i had a bad experiance with springs in a Previous car,
they were only a 1.2" drop of stock struts. ended up my struts blew out on me,

caused more work and money wasted

just do it the right way first and Buy C/O's

I initially had the eibach sportlines, but at 15,000 miles I blew out a rear shock. Because they weren't rated to be lowered. But for $230 and 15,000 miles of use (I lowered it as soon as I bought it) I would recommend them.

I run ISC coilovers meow. Fully adjustable dampening. Great quality with a great warranty for the price. Camber adjustment up front. Optional camber adjustment for the rear. I had them on my saabaru (wrx wagon in saab sheet metal) and love them. Was happy to see them available for the twins.

Those three mods (susp, wheels, exhaust - even if its an axleback) are the best starters hands down. You get the noise, and the looks. & it makes you feel that little bit better about the car :)
