BRZ BLUE EDITION

i have a 2013 wrb brz. im loving the blue stitch in the interior of the blue edition brz. unfortunately i have the red like most of you. i was wondering if i can order the blue edition interior and steering wheel from the dealer. anyone know if this is possible or do you have to own a blue edition to get those replacement parts?

most likely based on vin. aka no vin number; not able to order parts. i honestly think the red stitch looks wayyyyyy better

You can just have stock parts retrimmed for less than the cost of buying the items new (if you can even get them) or less again by painstakingly painting/dying the stitches.

I think could work, just depends on what else you want to do with your interior

That is pretty unfortunate OP, time to get rid of the awful red stitching and sell the car.

I'm sure there will be ppl swapping out those blue chairs ASAP. You just wait.

If I get a Series.Blue, the seats and steering wheel would get replaced or recovered. 💙 the blue stitching, not so much the blue panels.

Anyone know of a good way to dye the red stitching black? Id prefer no noticeable colored stitching!

Sharpie.

Or clothes-dye. Just wear gloves and be VERY CAREFUL not to spill everywhere.

What's the point in purchasing the blue series only to replace the most unique feature............?

If you want the other upgrades, purchase them yourself. They have been available for quite some time already.

Yep... I'm torn right now because on the outside it's what I want, but on the inside :barf:

I know what happens to blue interiors after a few years (hello 70's and 80's cars...)
