I've had the FR-S for about 2 years and due to some recent events (drunk driver hitting my car and causing $15K in damage), I decided to make the tough decision to trade her in today. In the words of the Godfather, I got an offer that I just couldn't refuse.

It was a tough call, but the car just never felt the same after taking such a hit. :(

It's been a hell of a journey and I really enjoyed the car, especially the community of great enthusiasts around here.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for making this a cool hangout - I can't think of a better car community. Take it easy guys!

So what's the next step? I'm sure it was hard to look at the car with the damage. Good luck to ya!

Too bad Karma doesn't exist. Just like dragons, faeries, and soap...

Doesn't matter, they get majorly fucked by the law.

I got hit by a drunk driver almost totaled my last car. The police took him away within like 5 minutes of arriving on scene.

I know a guy that was an EMT. He got 2 or 3 DUIs, lost wife, no job, had to do time, lost license. Now hes a junkie.

I'm sure it's a very nice car, but it's just so boring... I assume there are practical reasons behind this decision. This is why I'm never having kids.

At least it's RWD.
