You mean cops? Idk..Caprice's are rwd right? ..so I would think they'd be able to oversteer/rotate.

except for the fact that the wheels being driven isnt nearly as important as other factors dictating the nature of the car.

I don't know about pigs, but my cat had severe oversteer on tile, especially when transitioning from carpet. Her rear end wound up in the wall.
