Before all the fan boys come in to announce their favorite coilovers, let's just take a step back and figure out what your ultimate goal is for yourself, your car, the type of application you want to subject your car towards, and a budget. :)

I think you should read the pages upon pages of threads with TONS of information on coilovers as threads like this will not get results really except the fanboy posts like CSG David said. You want to enjoy something, put in some work and maybe come back with a vs b (vs c) coilover at most so specifcs can be discussed

yes yes yes. Everyone can name drop all day but it won't do anyone much good. :)

Realistically answer the questions above and you'll get good responses.

That's a relatively small budget for the footwork on your car. Realistically speaking, there isn't much to be gained over factory setup except for dialing in your alignment properly to use your tires as efficiently as possible. On top of that, suspension is just one part of a few parts of being able to put the power down. ;)

Everything has to be setup as a balanced setup before it functions towards your goals.

I'm gonna take a wild guess as to how this is gonna play out.

1. People will tell the lazy op to use the search function, which he should have to begin with. Check

2. Others will give good sound advice about stock suspension and aftermarket options. Check

3. The OP will end up buying BC coilovers.

The end.

Depending on how far you drop it, you'll need adjustable arms and those will be another $500, minimum. I went with KW V3, SPL arms and Raceseng Top Hats.

SPC make adjustable rear LCAs for our cars at a budget friendly $200 a pair. Mine have held up to many track days. There are a few other adjustable LCAs under $500 as well (Buddy Club, DME, Megan Racing)

I agree with everyone for the most part, it totally depends on what your budget is and what kind of adjust-ability you want out of it, along with a few other variables. For the most part though the majority of customers who buy coilovers from us will either go with KW's or BC coilovers. I personally run KW V3's on my project, absolutely love them for daily driving, but then again there are better coilovers for track use out there, KW's are good for a nice comfortable sporty ride, BC's are a good overall budget coilover with lots of adjustability.

Off topic. Every time I see you reply, this song always pops up in my head while you're posting or hitting up the track.
