first wave of Midwest delveries should happen this week! (I hope!)

So we've been tracking the status of the first round of BRZ's for the last couple weeks. We've had some running conversation in a number of different threads.. but I think we should consolidate into this thread for next couple weeks to keep things easy for everyone to track..

Most of us still have ETA's of May 29th.

Here is what we think we know:
The first wave of midwest BRZ's was unloaded at the Vancouver, WA port early this month. They were then loaded onto a train and transported to Chicago. They were unloaded in Chicago sometime last week (perhaps Wed). Some have already been delivered to Chicago dealerships as we have at least two confirmed owners already in possession of their BRZ's.

What we wish to learn is when will those BRZ's arrive at our various dealerships in IN, MI, WI, OH, etc..

Under normal conditions, it shouldn't take more than one day to transport the cars from Chicago to any point in the midwest. I know it's only 5 hours from Chicago to where I live in far NE Ohio. But clearly the vehicles must share space with other new Subaru's to make the logistics process most efficient. So could some already be on the road? Or do they have to sit for another week before they can be combined with other cars destined for local dealerships?

Anybody have any intel that they can share?

Edit* Sounds like they are on the move.. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6664

BRZ are in MI now.

My Ohio dealer sent me an email:
"Nothing new to report, still 5/29 and at rail head, Chicago. We have about 30-40 vehicles at the rail head, must be backed up and with a Holiday coming."

I'm assuming the logistics systems don't provide very timely updates for the dealerships.. I have to believe that the cars are on trucks and in transit by now.. But who knows...

^I'm gonna swing by my dealer during lunch and check if my car is in. My salesperson seems to have a day off today.

Here's what I got from our regional manager today... I am very frustrated of waiting at this point.

"As far as my visibility in the system was when I sent you that it was scheduled for pickup by Cassins. We have different categories that TLS updates the vehicles to during the various stages of the shipping process. Yours is showing in “F4” which means it is at the railhead. They put the hold on them on Tuesday for inspection and just let us know about this morning. They should be released shortly but I do not know what/why they are being inspected. I am sorry I am sharing information as it comes and I am dependent on what information TLS provides to us. "
