I run E85 with a tune. no problems. U can also get a flex fuel kit so u can run both 93 or E85 but i think u still need a tune for this as well.

Yup, Im all stock. Just make sure ur tank is about empty before filling up with e85. Flash the ecu with the EL 85 map, drive around easy for about 50+ miles and enjoy.

The closest station for me is around 12 miles, if I need fuel do I just flash the stock map back and put 93 safely?

Yes u can, but u should get used to driving on E if u plan on switching between the two... or get a flex fuel kit so u dont have to drive your car down to empty everytime u switch.

To run E85, run it close to empty as you can. Fuel with E85, drive the car. Gently, would be he word. Watch the Open Flash tablet for changing numbers. The E85 tunes use a lot more fuel, so you run the risk of running lean until you flash the tune. Typically, takes three miles or so to start seeing the fueling numbers get goofy. Stop, flash, drive ten miles or so, go. Same when going from E85 to gas.

Running E85 (or the Stage 1 gas tune) totally changes the car, even stock. I'll pass on the flex fuel kit, as that requires physical mods. The Ecutek tuning kits kit's have the ability to change tunes on the fly. If you are going to run E85, make sure you have the tablet in the car with you if you can't get more E85.

ETA: I also use Uplon fuel lube when running booze. https://www.klotzlube.com/techsheet.asp?ID=51
