Since you live in LA I recommend buying your racing helmet at Simpson racing's end on the year sale. Its one weekend in November or December (you will have to call). But I got mine for $190 out the door

Ah thanks for the tip! I need to get it before a drift day on June 14. I'm currently looking at a Pyrotec open face on amazon. Which one did you get?
