Sorta-kinda rubbed into a curb?

So as I was leaving my parking spot there was a loud noise and the car shook. Immediately I thought that I rubbed the back right wheel on the curb. The curb is about 2 inches high and I was barely moving (~1 mph). Immediately drove to a safe spot and checked the wheel. No curb rash on the wheel and nothing on the tire. Car drives fine, doesn't vibrate or pull to one side. However I am a little worried. Could I have damaged anything?

Might have just been a pinecone that was under the wheel

You'll be fine. In the most extreme circumstances, you could keep note of any abnormalities just in case.

But really, you'll be fine.

If you're really worried look for a place that does free alignment checks. Though I doubt anything is wrong unless you were doing 10mph+
