[Video] BlackForest - Taking Wingo for a drive
 

Hey guys

It's been a while since my last video post, mainly because we had winter over here, which means all mountain passes are closed and blackforest has snow/ice so is no fun to drive either.

Now I was the last 3 weeks on holiday in Florida, and came back this weekend. Since I still have Jetlag and could not sleep this night, I decided to use my time to take Wingo for a ride in the BlackForest, early morning to avoid any traffic (well, at least most of the traffic) So I went this morning at 5.30am out, and made some video of my drive.

You really can tell how awesome the GT86 is on those roads after driving 3 weeks a rental SUV :-)

Also, some of you asked me what gear I use to do the filming. See some pictures below. Basically its a Go-Pro Silver Edition with an external Microphone

nice, I put my external mic in the engine bay, reduces road noise. check it out sometime , all engine noise ...but you cant hear when your tires are spinning .. and thats sad,.. I want to mix the two

never had any temperature issues with the mic in the engine bay?

this was with a dslr, but i do it with the go pro too.

I have to try it out then :-) I always had some fear of being to hot for a mic under the hood. Nice Video btw
