Unofficial GA FR-S "Club" Meeting on Monday 5/21 in Atlanta
 

If anyone is interested in seeing the FR-S in person, AtlantaRock and I are meeting at the Gwinnett Varsity off Jimmy Carter Blvd on Monday 5/21 between 11:45a and 12:30p or so.

We agreed to post it here for any forum members in the area that want to stop by. This is in no way a "sponsored " event by the Varsity or us, we just happen to be meeting there for lunch and to get a couple of photos of the 1st 2 Georgia FR-S "club members" together.

Anyways, if you can stop by, hope to see you there.

You should do meets later in the afternoon when people get of work, like 5 or 6pm :D

No, it was just sort of a one time thing because we happened to be getting together for lunch to get the #1 and #2 car together and thought we'd offer to share. Sorry you missed it! Good news is it looks like they'll be in dealers soon.

well darn. Granted I wouldn't have been able to make it there anyway, though I had wondered if you guys were meaning the varsity near GT....I could walk there lol.

Maybe some kinda monthly thing every so often once the fr-s gets rolling, would be kinda cool.

Absolutely. I'm trying to find out when the Atlanta Scion Club group meets and I am thinking about going to Caffeine and Octane on June 10th, but haven't fully decided yet. Its an issue for me since its on Sunday.

By the way, I should apologize, no photos of today. I took my camera but AtlantaRock and I spent so much time swapping "new driver" stories we ran late, and I totally forgot before we both sped off back to work. His Pearl White looks great in the sunlight! I see why its such a popular choice.

Hah, cool. I should have my blue one soon. Definitely wouldn't mind it on a day I drive up to work (carpool and all).

I'm afraid to even say I'd go to something in June lol....goodness knows it isn't here yet and things always seem to come up.

Definitely in for community though. Well, mature ones anyway....not your midnight saturday gas station crowd.
