Resonated Invidia front pipe for automatic "NO NO NO"

I bought a resonated invidia front pipe a few weeks back. Installed it and realized it doesn't fit right the automatic. The resonator rests right on the tranny pan and rattles off of it. Spoke to company I bought it off of who has contacted Invidia who has to this point ignored the situation. Still waiting for any reply. I even said I would gladly just trade it for a strait pipe to solve the problem easily and call it even. They still just had no response. I tried calling invidia myself and they basically said they wouldn't talk to me. Just a heads up if you have an automatic. I guess at this point I'll be doing some cutting to modify it myself

I have an invidia catted front pipe on my automatic frs and it fits fine to my knowledge

Do you have any rubber you can stick in between the pipe and the tranny?

beforprez 05-18-2014 10:13 PM

I am gonna try to put some rubber but it is tight. It is sitting right on that pan. As for the catted one I'm not sure if it's located different or made differently. But this one is Def off. It's not a huge deal it's more of the ignoring that's going on that drives me nuts

Invidia catted ft pipe and N1 cat back on an auto, no issues here.

I had the n1 cat back and greddy turbo kit and everything was fine. I put the invidia over pipe on and it fit good. Then I put the front pipe on and everything lined up to the exhaust pretty good just sits on the tranny and floor board like one of the bends were a little off

I've had fitment issues with the over pipe. I'm running a full Invidia setup; op, fp and catback.

I'm necroing this thread to ask how it ended up fitting. I'm looking into a front pipe to make a free flowing exhaust and add more sound and ditch the secondary cat. Did this fit well on your auto the second time around?

All my cars have had after market exhaust. Always just got used to the sound. On the mustang you could not only hear it but feel it. It was beautiful. Some people peel up the carpet and put down sound deadning pad put the carpet back down.
