Sidemarker and Sidemarker Light arm broken off while driving.
 

I was at the dealership today to do some servicing and had the complimentary car wash as well. Later during the day I was driving and my JDM sidemarker loosened up and got caught in the tire along with the arm that holds the bulb. The plastic marker is now shattered and the bit the hold the bulb on the arm is damaged.

I'm guessing the dealer's servicing/car wash loosened the side markers to a point where they could be torn right off. Do I have any recourse for this? Can anyone find me the part number just in case I need to replace it myself?

Well, I can't help you with the part number ...... but I will suggest you NOT have the dealer wash your car ...even if it is free.

This happened to me as well a while back. Fortunately there was a Subaru specialized shop near me as I have a brz, but this part could be universal... Ask your dealers service rep.

Everyone take this as a warning to wash your own cars.
My wife took her car through a car wash and one of the rollers got entangled onto her tow bar and as she drove out it destroyed their machine.
I used a hack saw to remove the pieces from the tow bar.

Does the dealership hand wash? Honestly sounds to me like a bad install.
