In Need Of Ideas!!

I will be getting my 2014 Whiteout FR-S in the next week and just wanted to get some opinions on the first things I should do? Planning on changing out the tires for better ones because I am no fan of the factory michelins.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated

How are you not a fan of tires you don't have yet?

What are your goals for the car? You want to get the tail out around corners? Maximum grip for track days? Get it half an inch off the ground with hella camber yo? Daily driver that looks and works a little better than OEM?

TBH the best mod I've done to make car was the OFT.
otherwise.. depends on you.. mines a daily driver. so stock tires, etc... upgrades stereo..
I think your goals are a big question, like gramicci101 said, like all the other threads like this one.. there's a best first mods thread.. recently.
anyways, I think you have lotsa reading, and a FRS to enjoy.

oh and welcome to the forums before someone flames you for posting this thread :)

Edit:
if your wondering what OFT is, look in the tuning area

I agree that the OFT is pretty good bang for your buck.

Drive. Repeat. You don't need to do a damn thing other than have fun.

What's wrong with the stock tires? If you are not intentionally trying to get loose and are being somewhat reasonable on the street, they are grippy little bastards and give you lots of warning when they are thinking about misbehaving.

Not affiliated, yada yada. The OFT is awesome.

I love my OFT, both for my current OTS tune and for the future capability if offers, but I'd have to say my best bang for the buck was the rear shifter bushing and MTEC springs. $55 completely changed the driving experience for the better.

There's nothing wrong with the stock tires. They're like 200 a piece.

I would get winjet headlights.. but it's because i like the jdm look

Hi ya bh7990 and WELCOME ..... to .... The Forum ..... :)

I'd recommend you drive your new car past the break in period (1,000 miles) and THEN decide what you want the car to do better.

You may find out it's a pretty darn stable vehicle ...... right out of the box ....

I meant to say wheels and tires. My apologies on that mistake. Plan on using it as a daily driver that i can autox on the weekends

My biggest gripe about the Primacy HP is the lack of treadlife. I sell parts for a living, I'd feel like I was ripping someone off selling the Primacy HP over the Pilot Sport A/S3. Hell even the Michelin Premier A/S will outlast it, at the same grip level, for the same money.

I know I'm doing a full x-pel ultimate paint protection film on the whole car on day 1. its pricey, but worth it imo. Then it's over to the audio shop for an android head unit so I can run torque from something other than my phone, and to light up the 3rd brake light and clear out/ light up the side markers.

Weather techs, rallyamour, front wrap, tint. In no particular order.
