So this broke off my engine while removing my cam plate :(
Should I worry much since it is known to leak down there. I feel like such an idiot
I managed to put a lot of silicone around it just in case. Do you recromemd I just replace that part?

Did that bolt still engage to hold down that area of the cam plate?

It's in there but. I just worry, it's not really holding onto it but it did screw in the plate fine

When I pull the plate from that side it doesn't really move much.

That half of the bolt thread was completely broken off, I leaned down to much while taken that bolt off and it snapped that half off

bring it to your dealer and tell them the story, they should get it replace since is not total your fault.
