Speed Element Review
 

Took my FRS to Speed Element this morning for a catback exhaust install (they charge extremely competitive and fair rates), just wanted to leave a good word here as I have been more than happy with my experience with them. I received professional service and each and every one of their staff members were very helpful and informative. In less than an hour I was driving off with my new greddy evo3 exhaust installed on my car :)

If anyone in San Jose is looking for any parts, or need any parts installed on your car, definitely check out Speed Element :) They definitely know what they are doing! :thumbup:

I went to Speed Element previously for some work on my EvoX (brakes). They were very friendly and let me hang around the shop while I waited. The owner had an FR-S at the time (not sure if he still has it now), but that thing was tricked up. They had very, very reasonable labor prices, and if/when I start my heavy modding, I will most likely consider Speed Element first.

I've had 95% of my car mods done by Speed Element. Their team has most of the equipment a shop needs to have, ie. tire balancer, alignment rig, etc. Definitely recommend having any upgrades for any street/race setup done by them. Dudes know how to dress up your ride, with class.

Ordered my SSRs through them and they were nothing but friendly and helpful! When I get the time to install my coilovers ill be gettin my alignment done here as well!

yup speedelement is about the only shop i go to if i need something i can't install.

I have to say all my experiences with speed element were 100% awesome. Owner even spends time to shoot the breeze with you. Quality people

I thought I would followup and give SpeedElement a positive review. Installed my RCE springs a while back and did a full alignment, no issues and perfectly friendly service. Easy to drop off the car before/after hours as well.

Having a FT86SpeedFactory UEL Header installed later this week. I intended to do the installation myself, but the price was right and it's good to have things done correctly.

What did they quote you for on the install? =) because I want to get it done, but I'm lazy as hell right now.

Could use an alignment soon, want to see how much camber I ended up with after the crash bolts. Might have to give these guys a call.

Just like to add that I frequently use this shop for all my work on my FR-S. They've done two different CoilOver installs for me now. Installed LCA and camber bolts and alignment each time. They do very high quality work and charge competitive pricing. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only shop I'll use even though I have to drive from Tracy.

I would also like to add a positive review. I ordered some parts online and called them to see if it was possible to pick them up at the shop. They let me know I could go in and one of the parts was in stock and one had to be ordered. Both my parts were available in a couple days. The staff and owner (i believe) were all great and friendly. Definitely did not feel intimidated to come here and get some some advice as i'm new to the car tuning scene. My Fr-s is running better with my perrin inlet hose and hks drop in filter! Will be coming back for wheels in the future!
