line lock kit

Anyone tried to install a universal line lock kit? Any issues I should know about?

I just want a line lock for fun.

Bit of a "never looked into it at all" before kind of question, but what would it do to the ABS system? My gut says it would detect the from "lockup" and end up in ice mode?

But I would assume if you did the pedal dance that would turn off the nannies no?

I have the 86 Nanny so I can disable ABS . :)

Then I definitely don't see a problem with using any of the universal kits out there, just need to have the lines formed up to make it work and wire it in.

I was wondering when someone was gonna do this. I don't really think I'd use it too often, but it could come in handy lol.

I don't have one fyi, but it would have helped

right lol? A few people who saw the video that aren't too familiar with the frs were like, "I didn't know it was awd?"

In part of the video you can see smoke sneak up under the car and pour out from the front. Definitely the craziest burnout I've ever done.

Hell, theres still rubber in the fenderwells/bumper haha

Zombie thread rise!

I'm thinking about installing a line lock on the BRZ for drag race burnouts, not making enemies of my neighbors. Am I being stunningly naive thinking I can just plumb the solenoin into the feed line fore the front brakes before the ABS module?

Disable the ABS on track days or let it get confused and angry in the burnout box?
