The @PERRIN oil cooler kit is pretty well designed and good fit it is difficult to find a sweet spot to get the hoses perfect to where you can clean your air filter and unscrew the oil fill cap, I found if you remove the factory headlight harness which is directly under where your hoses are going to sit coming out of the sandwich plate that it gives you that extra little half inch needed to straiten out the hoses and give them a perfect fit. it would have been nice to see the elbows entering and exiting the sandwich plate to have about 5-10degrees less bend, that would have really put the hoses perfectly strait pointed towards their route, or a 3/8th in thicker sandwich plate spacer, but all in all the kit is pre good and money well spent, thanks again ft86speedfactory and Perrin, as for the snorkel i did like a lot of ppl but just wanted to show 2 bottles of sol or corona fit perfectly in the air box inlet and heating it with a clothing iron seems to give the perfect combnation of no smoke and enough heat to remove the lettering and casting marks , you could easily punch it tru if your not careful.

So after doing alot of logs and comparing them to past logs at same outdoor temp and on the same pull ( hill of death) the cooler seems to keep crusing temps at 86-90 , cruising around here involves going up alot of hills, and hard driving is where it shines, past temps around 115,120 now 95-100 tops, and 100 i had to push it going up big hills wot 2-3-4 and just bashing on it. I am putting togeather some logs to show the diff, and the Snorkel well semi fail semi win, actually the engine Does seem to breath better and rev smoother, it does seem to have had a impact on airflow, which makes sense, what also makes sense is that it heat soaks abit more, before the temp delta from outdoor temp to IAT was very slim when cruising, about 15% and 70 % driving in traffic stop and go. now its about 20% driving and 100% stop and go. so basicly double the temps in stop and go. personally i dont hear induction noise difference because my exhaust is loud as @@ but i do like how the engine revs , it actually did impact the acceleration of the engine a noticeable difference which surprised me , i do recomend doing both of these mods im very pleased with both. logs to come
