Block machined to take wet liners???
I was wondering if there are any subie guys out there that have had their blocks bored out to accept Darton sleeves. I'm just kinda curious as to what it cost to get the block prepped to drop in some sleeves. I'm assuming this whole deal is going to run about 2.5k after shipping the block, getting the work done, head gasket and the liners themselves?
Any insight would be awesome. -Doog |
uhh doesn't this question belong on NASIOC or something? This car just came out.

hardly a hand full of consumers have ever seen the internals of the FA20, let alone their own FA20/4U-GSE.
Maybe in 6-9 months, we may see more engine builds. But your question might not be answered for some time. Especially considering there are no aftermarket pistons and rings, gaskets, and other supporting factors that goes with an overbore for this particular engine yet. |
