Haha this guy fucked me too i think!! I bought a UEL from him, he said it's been shipped but won't contact me or provide proof of shipment! I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, but so far nothing.

Also, he gave me the same "tracking number in the car" story. Bah, I really wanted that header! Paypal gives me 45 days, right? It's been 14 days.

Everyone should be on high alert. Hopefully, Mods can now delete the bad review he wrote about me....

Out of curiosity, what name did he give you? I do know if he doesn't have the funds in his account; I believe it will take longer to receive your money back if Paypal decides that you are the victim. Starting a dispute, freezes the money. It's why I started a dispute with him, when I was having issues with OFT.

I wanted to stay out of this mess. Because I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, that my experience with him was just bad luck...

But after reading all of this I feel like I was mistaken. He wrote a bad traders review on me right away. I took a few days to calm down before writing his review. Minutes later after posting a negative review on him. He texted me saying if I agree to take down his review he would remove mine; because He was still trying to sell other products...

Then all of sudden he received a positive review on his trader review right after mine....
From who? The person is the one who supposedly bought his "wifes" OFT.

How do I know that? Because this "other" person got my number from him and wanted me to send a picture of the skew number of the OFT I originally received. I felt uneasy about doing this because I felt that this person could just be him using another username...
This happened after I filed a dispute with him. After I won the case I never heard from this other person again...

I have given him the benefit of the doubt.....
I can't say for certain that this is all part of a massive scam job, none of us can. And I wont throw him under the bus yet, but at some point all of you including myself have to start believing it is.

Interesting. Man, I've bought tons of parts for different cars over the years off forums like this; I can't believe it! I'm going to dispute with paypal over this one.

The only reason why I don't think this is a scam, is that he is making way too many mistakes that a con artist wouldn't make lol.

All this money he has received from everyone, could this all be him just wanting a short term loan on something? lol Maybe he knew he get caught and he just needed some fast cash.

He hated the idea of opening a dispute when I wanted too, but boy am I glad I did now. A dispute can be closed at anytime, but your're able to have documented communication between the seller and you. Hopefully now everyone understands where I was coming from on my transaction. :iono:

Yeah it doesn't make sense,...everyone can just get their money back? It doesn't make too much sense to me.
