Parking brake dust cover
 

I recently ordered a red stitched ebrake and boot cover from Japan. I also accidentally ordered this:

Apparently it is some sort if dust cover for your ebrake. Fits like this:

Anyone ever seen this before? Is it useful?

How do you accidentally order a part like that?

Might take the edge off of leaning your elbow on the e-brake. How much was it? If you don't want it, I'll buy it from you.

It was only 6 bucks. So I think I'll keep it.

Probably a smart thing as it's going to protect the boot from the sharp edges of the metal e-brake handle. Looks like it's supposed to be there to be honest..

Do you have the part number? I want one.

How would dust be getting under the boot liner in the first place? Looks like it's to protect the liner from the metal. And lower your power to weight ratio :)

Where Did you order the red stitch cover from and for how much?
