Like the title says, "Cascade Sation BWW May 31st Cruise/Photo Shoot planning BWW 5pm!!!" *ordering food at 6* I'll be there at 5 to get us a table.

Lets hash out some sick details and get this party started!

Things to bring to the table:

Cruise points around Portland for teams to shoot before middle meet up.

Where should we meet up after our teams get their video.

How should we construct the teams.

Where is our end destination. I'm assuming it will be "crown point" since that's what everyone has been saying.

Start time for event and a meet up place. "maybe @DarrenDriven 's since he is having the spring install day same day."

Food ideas. Are we going to make reservations at a restaurant, have everyone pitch in for pizza, maybe do fast food, and or starve to death. Hopefully its not the starve to death option.

Whats up with everyone doing things on a Friday for once! Would more be able to make it on sat? Only issue then is I have a birthday to attend.

If Saturday, I might be also able to attend.

No way I can leave work at 6 on a Friday and make it from Tualatin to Cascade Station before 7 without a time machine.

Why not just make it something to talk about when we all hang out at Cars & Coffee in Tigard Saturday and lunch after? Just make sure it's not on the 17th as that's autox day in Astoria. ;)

I wouldn't be able to attend. My Nephew's Birthday is at 11am and i'd be shunned if I missed his 1st Bday. If you guys want to do that and get back to me that could work out. Otherwise something later in the day Sat/Sunday would work great. The only issue with something like this is nothing really gets done. Trying to get all the planning done this week. I wanted to have a get together with everyone to maybe get some ranks set in place with team leaders n what not. So there is some order. We don't want to piss off the cops or have flakes or be hugely un organized otherwise a meet like this will fail miserably and just be another cruise/cars n coffee. :thumbup:

I should be able to go, unless a car falls on me or something. I'll need the food after the hours of lowering that day!
