Looking for the red plastic on the knee pads as shown in the following image:

Attachment 77582

I have seen replacement knee pads everywhere (JDM, custom, etc.) but never seen a vendor offer to replace the plastic part..

Any help is appreciated

I was hoping it wasn't...haha

Looks really well done so I was just hoping it was an aftermarket part...No way my paint skills could produce that

Use plastidip. If you don't like it peel it off

^ this guy. I've done mine in red plastidip. And it's honestly harder to mess it up than it is to do it right.

I had mine hydro dipped and they came out really well. I was tired of the silver coloring.

So glad my model came with black stock lol. One less part I have to worry about.

If mine had came with black trim, I probably would have kept it. I almost bought the black trim pieces that are posted in the black buttons thread, but the pictures of the entire black interior scared me away, the black looked really flat. I did end up buying the black buttons though.

Would you happen to have a link to that? I've been trying to get the black buttons but every link I find is either dead or impossible to use because it's in Japanese or you have to go through a 10-week process to get the part.

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22352 - thread for black buttons with links to parts for black interior pieces if anyone is interested

Village Scion sells them:
su00302486 are the black manual buttons
su00302487 are the black automatic buttons

Received mine in less than 10 days

I think I tried ordering from them, got the link from that thread, and they told me they don't sell that part anymore. They offer everything except the buttons, even though the buttons are still listed on the site.
