The actual TRD knob I believe has the gears engraved into the top, not ink printed. And it does say made in Italy on the box, not Japan. Quick guide on telling the difference...

That being said, the price is fair for a replica, just do not try to pass it off as an authentic one so you do not have a surprised or upset buyer.

I ended up just giving it to @captain_jack.

Umm let me look I don't remember where.

ebay has them for about $45-$50. I got one and it's of great quality. I sure missed the OP ever saying it was genuine.
