SWIFT Spec R Springs - Bump stops
 

has anyone installed the SPEC R springs from SWIFT?

How do u like them? And secondly DO YOU HAVE TO TRIM YOUR OROGINAL BUMP STOPS? or do they come with new ones?

You'll want better shocks than stock for the Spec R's, the rates (rear specifically) are a bit much for the stock dampers.

I'm running the sport springs, no bump stops included (and no reply when I emailed swift), but I cut them anyway. I cut about 1/3rd off, based on what the Hotckis springs install guide suggested for their springs (similar drop).
