Hey guys. I just washed my car 2 days ago. Now.. I have clear dots like dried up syrup all over my car. You can't tell unless you look at it closely. They are the size of a period.

Anyone know what those are and how to get rid of it easily? Currently, I have to use my fingernail to get it off.
I used optimum no rinse wash and wax to wash it.

My car just got out of the shop (was in there 3 weeks getting a fender fixed), and it has these dots on it. Veddy interesting.

If you continue to have a problem with these spots getting on the car, I'd recommend looking into having a coating put on the car. Opti-Coat, Americoat, CQuartz, etc. A coating will help to prevent any staining/etching if the sap has to stay on there for a while before you can clean it off and will also make cleaning it off alot easier as it won't stick as hard.
