WTT: My Whiteout Monogram trunk for your stock FR-S trunk

I'm looking for a stock Whiteout FR-S trunk (in good condition) to trade for my Whiteout Monogram trunk (with the spoiler).

I got my car about 2 weeks ago, so it's safe to say that my trunk is almost new.

Located in Montreal and Ottawa.

Anyone?

Damn sounds like a decent deal except what are the chances SWP/Whiteout will match nicely?

Not all white pearl paint is an exact match, just look at the side view mirrors on an FR-S

I'm pretty sure both cars use the same color code (37J) coming out from the same factory. Satin White Pearl = White Out.

Yeah I get that, I'm saying that even at the factory they will have minor differences between batches of cars. Minor enough that if you swap trunks, the swapped trunk will look different.

For example, I parked my car next to a MY14 FR-S at the dealer, and the shade is ever so slightly different when you put them side by side. YMMV

Ah, okay. I misunderstood what you said. Thought you meant the differences between SWP/Whitout. My bad.

That's true - white paint is always a pain to have a perfect match. I'm not sure how bad it would be though.

I'll be in the GTA next weekend if anybody wants to swap, I can (maybe) get access to tools and such.

Just to add my 2 cents...

I swapped my sport tech brz trunk out for an frs one (didn't want the wing).....I can't see any difference in colours
