Honestly, it is very close to stock until you WOT. And even then it's not much louder than stock.

Until you get headers and a front pipe. THEN you'll realize the NP exhaust is quite loud ;). Great sound, but loud ;).

Yeah, for now. Wonder how long that's going to last ;)

Here's how my Top Speed looks right now. I fiddled with the hangars a bit and I think this is as good as it's going to get. The left tip looks pretty good but the right is still a little off center. If this doesn't bother you too much, I would go for it!

i have the greddy sp elite & love it. Stick with it and you won't regret. However it doesn't sit PERFECTLY either.... my right exhaust outlet is off center a tad like the pic above as well.

Based on what you've said I would recommend the Nameless Performance axle back in the Offset 5" variety. I have various videos of mine at various stages of mostly stock to current. Just click my build thread in my signature.

Hello,

Was just looking around for an axle back only. One that would make the car louder with a deep growl tone that is a bit louder than stock. Not aiming for a loud race car feel. Im trying to achieve this for under $500-$600, cheaper the better

Iv been looking at the Top Speed Auto (out of Texas) axle back and the Nameless exhaust(little more pricey) - however I saw that the dual axle back was cheaper than the axle back on the Top Speed Auto site...any reason for this? what are the differences? Id like to go with a 4" muffler setup for something louder than stock but nothing too crazy.

Also, I looked around for a diy for just Changing out the axle back, I didn't find anything, Any suggestions? :party0030:

Greddy sp elite is perfect under 5.000rpm but to much quiet at higth rpm.

greddy SP Elite here as well, got mine used in nice shape for 400, so price wise that's an option. I like the design of the Greddy over Nameless, the Greddy has a large center muffler where the stock one was, which supposedly has impact on airflow under the car. Also liked the tips the best on Greddy. And the sound is awesome, growly with a slightly exotic character, but doesn't attach unwanted attention. Highly recommend.

Would he greddy be more quiet than the nameless 5"? The nameless was too loud with headers and I am looking for something more tolerable but still gives my car some liveliness

Works A-B. I have the Berk, but a co-worker installed his works this week. It's absolutely perfect for what you're asking, and also I believe cheaper than the TopSpeed one.

Works A-B or AB-M? I don't see the AB for sale on the Works site. I'm interested in the AB but concerned there may be drone (where remainder of exhaust system is stock) - anyone know?

Also, it looks like user @86_ZN6 owner/employee(?) of Works, was banned from the forum here (not sure why), so that's a bit concerning.

Install is simple. Two nuts and bolts and some WD-40 on the hangers and the muffler is out. Install is the reverse. Make sure to get a new gasket.

I have a Greddy will be here tomorrow, where can I pick up an exhaust gasket in a hurry, exhaust shop? I take it the Greddy does not come with new gasket or it is junk?

The Greddy should come with a gasket.
