Fog Light Garnish - Need Help
 

I put an FR-S front bumper on my BRZ. Everything went well, except the fog lights. I can put the fog lights in, but then the garnish won't fit. I can put the garnish on, but then the fog lights don't fit. It looks like the fog lights need about another 1/2" of room before they sit where they're supposed to. I think I might have received a bad set of fog light garnish from Toyota. Can someone measure their garnish in the spot shown in the pictures below and let me know if these are good? I think I may be able to get it to work with the use of a dremel, but want to find out what is correct first.
