time to start installing a hidden fuel pump switch and other theft deterrents.

my car is gonna shoot the thief with a blue dye pack lol

why would they steal this?? They're going to swap the motor into a Honda?? I don't see how they could make much money from a part out.

Not easy to do a drive off with the immobilizer, whoever did it know what they're doing. Got a feeling this ain't gonna be the only one.

and this is why we have insurance... Do you really want the car back after it's been joy riden and absurd by thieves?

With the immobilizer generally they are ordered and towed/flatbedded away. If that's the case it's already been striped and parts shipped or shipped in total to wherever it's going...

Just the way it goes unfortunately.

I agree, when my integra GSR was stolen years ago I prayed it would be found stripped..and it was. I was paid out and bought an S2000 and got over it quickly.

But yea I don't get it, there's nothing they can do but sell the bolt ons. Is it worth stealing an entire car for a few hundred bucks? Times are hard I guess lol, poor dbag thieves

Sure they can also part out the oem stuff but i don't think the market can be that big yet since this car just came out ~2 years ago.

Flushing. The car was stolen from his own driveway.
The owner forgot the key in the car.
