Smart entry not working
 

Hey guys,
I recently put sound deadener in my doors for a custom stereo install, but I have since noticed my smart entry has stopped working on the passengers side. I can lock the door on the outside, but it wont unlock when I try to open the door. Drivers side works fine.
Does anyone know what controls this inside the door? If someone could point it out I can maybe trace the wires to make sure they haven't been damaged.

Pull the battery connection for a few minutes to allow the BCM to reset itself.

Otherwise - did you accidentally block some mechanical function in the door with your sound deadening?

A few minutes ago, there was a post #2 from a guy who has the same fault. It's since been removed.

Found the problem so deleted the post? People on the internet are weird.

I'm having the same problem only on the driver's side. Opened up the door for sound deadening install as part of a speaker upgrade last week, but I'm not sure it's related since it was working for a few days after. Passenger side keyless works, and driver's side keyless lock works, but the unlock doesn't respond.
Anyone ever find a solution aside from resetting the BCM by disconnecting the battery? Not seeing anything in search.
