86DRIVE’s next major event is coming up, at Mann Engineering on Saturday, May 17. Come out and meet other FR-S/86/BRZ/Subaru owners, and meet the folks at Mann as well as check out their super impressive shop! If you are interested in putting your car on the dyno and seeing how much power you are making with your mods (or just want a baseline), contact Mann Engineering to schedule a session on this day! Plus there will be free drinks and raffles!!! We’re also making arrangements to have a food truck come out. So join us at this meet, we hope to see you there!

I believe there are 10 slots open, but you should call to confirm. I'm thinking of putting my car on just for fun. Won't see any big impressive numbers from me...

Awesome. I'll give them a call. I should hopefully have my headers installed by then, so it will be nice to compare numbers between the Vishnu dyno and the Mann dyno.

Hmmm, I might have to ask for these days off and drive from SoCal again. Just leaving Mann Engineering right now after I got the car tuned by Bill from @DeliciousTuning. :)

You won't like Mann's dyno lol. It reads incredibly rediculously low. ;)

Even lower than GST's in Hayward? It read mine @ 167whp AFTER tune/filter.

It could possibly be lower. Another NA BRZ with full catback and tune read at about 155 on the MAHA dyno.

A stock Brz read at 132 whp at Mann. My car with my old supercharger setup dynod at 175 at Mann but dynod 233 on a dynojet.

I thought it wasn't so much the hp output but rather the percentage change between runs and dynos. If it's consistent between the pulls and between dynos, be it any kind of dyno, then you have success.

But it is awesome to see a whopping hp gain from all the invested mods! I'd like to see 300hp from an intake, exhaust, and a sharkfin antenna :)

I'll try to make it out to this one seeing as it is a 10 minute drive from my place. Don't have facebook, but RSVPing tentatively here.
