Pre-Prod BRZ
 

Got a call from my salesman this morning letting me know that a BRZ was at the dealership so I headed over. Didn't have a lot of time with the car but did manage to get a video of the shifter throw and some size comparison pics next to my Mazdaspeed. Also a pic of the Vanity Mirror. Hadn't seen them before.

I was impressed with the Black! In the past, Subarus Black Micas had hints of red in them (Like on the earlier Foresters). Which was the main reason I chose DGM. Had I seen this car before pre-ordering I would have chosen this color. The Mica undertone is Gray.

Why does it have Illinois plates?

Heh, looks like my old car -- it was too dark upon delivery for me to do comparison shots.

Dayummm, that miata looks tiny by comparison! I think I'm actually a little glad that the BRZ is bigger than the Miata and MR2. I love my MR2 dearly but it's cramped for daily driving!

great post and pics.... man that standards throw is amazing! I bet its better then the stage 2 full replacement TWM shifter setup on my ms6 .... :paddle: lol :) cant wait to drive a standard FRS!!!!!
