Ficing a rock chip thats starting to rust
 

Got a tiny chip on the front driver side quarter panel about 3 inches from the headlight. Happened during winter, just didn't realize and now it is beginning to rust. I will apply touch up but I was wondering what steps to take before hand to remove rust and clean the area before application.

maybe try one of these, then touch-up primer and paint(s)
