Stance coilover issue

Does anyone else run stance Coilovers and whenever the hit like a small bump or anything make a noise? When I go over a small bump or at low speeds I hear like a clicking noise.

I do on my Impreza. That probably won't be any help. Is it a clicking sound or more of a clunking sound?

i think it could be more of a clunking sound?

I've found clunking sounds to be due to something loose. With my Impreza, it was usually the big top nut on the coilover or a loose sway bar. I am not too familiar with the BRZ, but I would just check all the nuts and bolts to make sure that they are tight.

check your endlinks for play, their endlinks aren't that well made

I run them and don't hear anything on mine. How long have you had them installed. I've had mine for about 1k miles.

Installed for about a month. Only about a couple hundred miles.

This is exactly the problem... Endlinks... RevWorks told me the same thing when they installed mine. The rest of the system is pretty good though, especially for the price.

Are the noises coming from the front or rear?

Endlinks suck.

tysoNgwaNg 04-22-2014 10:41 PM

It's more in the front. Sometimes I think I hear it in the rear

we're in the same situation buddy!

had mine for quite some time now..it first started clunking only in the front, i just tightened the top nut and it went away. and sometimes i also get a front/driver side COIL BIND when i turn on a driveway or something.

fronts are barely noticeable now, but now rears are the one clunking all the time and i haven't got the time to look into yet.

:(

I gotta find time to check it. Cause I'm pretty sure everything is tighten.
