The answer is OH YES.

You can tell a difference.

I had an afe drop in filter. Drove it around for 3 weeks. Sounds good and car was more peppy.

I then just put on the perrin inlet tube. Immediately the car feels peppier.
The feel of the post inlet is like adding a drop in filter replacing the OEM filter.

And yes. I wrote this review because I know there are lots of ppl wondering "should I even get an inlet tube? I already got a filter. I should've just gone with a real full intake. Would it even be worth it?"

The answer is once again: YES. Its worth it.
And I'm sure other full intake cost more and performs pretty much the same as a filter + tube.
If you are picky about 1 horsepower, then close the window browser now and run into the wall behind you and don't come back.
