FS: Seibon TS hood (Dallas, Texas)

**SOLD**

FS: Seibon TS hood
This hood is not perfect. The edges are warped. It would be fine for track use as the vents help extract hot air. However it does not fit 100% perfect for show. It looks okay from a far though but if you're picky like I am then this is not for you. The paint matches very close to oem.

Lol man I want! This is great deal!

Haha ironically this is the same hood I wanted, and I like the way you painted it (except, again mine would have to be red).

I assume that the fitment issue isn't true among all of the Seibon TS hood?

It's a hit or miss when it comes to seibon. I got a new hood and it fits "better" but still nothing up to par with oem.

Yes.. the last pic I posted. It's the edges on both sides that bulges up.

To repaint and drive from KS.. I would just buy a new one.

This would be good for someone local in need of a spare hood.

That's seibon's retail price. I believe vendors should be able to get it to you cheaper.

I hate buying or selling junk/defective items, so I've disclosed as much accurate information as I can. However, if it's something that will work for you then let me know.

Yeah i mean my cars raven so even if there is a gap it won't be that noticeable. Did you buy it like that or did it warp cause of the heat?

btw i love your build thread. I wish I had that kind of coin to spend on my car :D life of a broke college student..

darnbry 04-21-2014 03:31 AM

It was defective from the beginning.

Thanks, and consider yourself fortunate. Having a new sports car as a college student is a blessing many could only dream of.
