BRZ Limited XM Preset Advance Buttons Disappeared?
 

Did a search here and Google but can't figure this one out. On the XM screen, my car used to have a set of buttons to advance channel and a set to scroll between presets. Now, it just has one big set that changes channels.Any ideas? Thanks!

I had this saaame issue, there are actually 3 sets of presets
if you tap the SAT button you'll notice that it says xm1 then tap it again and it says xm2 and once more for xm3

so you can actually have 3 sets of 5 stations

I thought I was going crazy the first week

same goes for FM as well

We actually discovered the multiple presets on a road trip a while back after much cursing, lol. This is actually a little different. I'm attaching pictures of what I'm seeing and what I used to see (from the owner's manual). You can see how there's now a single set of large buttons instead of two smaller ones.

The dealership is saying this is just how the radio is on the 2014. Can anyone with a 2014 BRZ verify if they do or don't have two sets of buttons on the satellite display? Thanks!

thats strange, i have a 2013 and my buttons look like the first picture with a set for channel and a set for preset

That's normal, just hit the preset button, then it'll show the presets again. You're just in the menu that shows the song title. That's one of the worst parts about the radio if you're using Sirus.

Nope, I'm not on the wrong menu--see post above about the 2013. The dealership checked their showroom 2014 and apparently this is just a change with the new radio. Really annoying!
