Wanted to Borrow (GTA)

Anyone have a set of pass through sockets I could borrow on Sunday? I can't find anywhere that sells a set that has a 17mm socket. I can find 14mm everywhere, but struck out on the 17mm.

I just need it to install my springs, don't want to use an impact gun and risk loosening the inner nut on them.

If you've got a set and are willing to let me borrow them, let me know when/where we can meet up!

Too bad I'm just reading this now. I would have let you use mine.

Well you can still borrow them I guess, but you'd have to come to Vaughan...

Saw it too late, thanks for the offer though!

I was stuck on this too when I installed mine. Ended up using a normal socket with a pair of vice grips hooked to the outside. Kind of ghetto but it worked in a pinch.

Canadian Tire does sell these. They are not expensive...when on sale. Take a look.

The only sets Canadian Tire has are missing the 17mm socket :( They were even on sale for $25 too!

I found a Home Depot that claims to have a set in stock, gonna go try this morning.

Both Canadian Tire's I went to didn't have any sets with 17mm in them, ah well. The set I picked up at Home Depot has worked well:

That's where I bought my kit.
