help me chose

Hello all im about to purchase a new car nd I need ur advice to choice between these two cars. One is a 2012 brz ra. With 1300 miles manual has a/c reverse camera nd fog lights. Other is the brand new 2014 mazda 6. 2.0 automatic. Well the interior of the 6 is better with multifunctional steering nd all. Bith around the same price. What do u think is the better buy? Thanks

Given the choice between a manual BRZ, and an automatic Mazda 6...why would you even choose interior over driving enjoyment? Never mind that the Mazda 6 is FWD with around 155hp (with that 2.0L engine) and is heavier than the BRZ. So it is heavier, slower, FWD and is an automatic to boot - all of these are fails.

if you want an appliance, get the Mazda 6

if you want to enjoy driving, get that BRZed

lol, you're gonna get such a biased result asking this on a BRZ forum.

That said, ive owned a 2002 RSX (auto) 2006 G35 (auto), a 2009 370z (my first manual car) and 2013 BRZ (manual).......

And i can honestly say bang for the buck, BRZ all the way (and i wouldve hated myself had i gotten it in Auto)

For shits and giggles jump on Mazda forum and see what they say.

I would love to see the Mazda 6 owners reasons for not getting the BRZ

Edit: @#$! you @sklimo 2 mins before me!

Mazda 6 or BRZ??? I'm sorry but these are polar opposites. Do you need convenience or are you looking just for a drivers car? That is the real question. And what does the 6 offer that the 3 doesn't offer. If one of the cars your looking into is a family sedan, I think the BRZ would be a terrible choice for you.

and especially if you're into a bit of tuning, theres TONS of cosmetic and engine upgrades for the BRZ. I doubt the Mazda will have this type of aftermarket following. RWD ftw! :burnrubber:
