What do you do when you see a twin on the road?
 

Ok, so maybe I'm a bit toooo much in love with my car, but seriously, when I see an FR-S or a BRZ out on the road I'm excited that someone else was as smart as I was when buying a gorgeous car.

However, most of the time (it seems more guys drive this car than girls) it seems the bro in the driver's seat is either way spaced out or too cool to even look up. Stone cold "I'm a bad-ass" face and all)
I find it hard to believe someone who bought a driver's car isn't paying attention to what's on the road....so my question is this-

What do you do when you see a twin out and about? Do you care? Or is it "just another douche-canoe on the road" to you?

Since "paying attention to what's on the road" typically does not involve (for me, anyway) keeping an eye open for a particular car, I really don't care. The only thing I make sure to notice is MC's.

Stare..looking to see if they stare back.

I saw a hot chick in a BRZ a couple days ago. I was like :drool:

I don't have an FR-S yet but I don't recall seeing another 2G Eclipse ever make a gesture at me except for the other day a guy in a GSX like me flashed his lights and I waved back. It was pretty cool, hehe. Car enthusiasts really are something else. Bikers too.

Throw up the peace sign. Same with the Subie guys.

There are so few of either around here that I don't see them much. I think there are two FRS in Athens, Ohio about 30 miles from here. I've seen the white one 2-3 times (before I bought my car) and the red one once (since I bought my car). Of course, the red one could have been traveling thru. I haven't seen any BRZs within 50 miles of here since I bought mine in early December.

So really, I don't have a plan for what to do.

I will note that my car does attract a lot of attention. My uncle thought it looked better than a Corvette. Which, maybe it does. :) The guy at Taco Bell was like, "Oh man, nice car... don't see many BRZs around here." The audio install guys really liked it and thought it probably cost in the mid to high 30s.

I try to wave or give them a nod if I see a twin.

I waved to this black FRS owner in my area atleast 3 times and the guy, like OP said stone cold I'm a bad ass face wouldn't even glance at my BRZ.

Guess he doesn't like the fact that I'm driving the superior twin. :bellyroll:
