DSG Performance- Vendor Review
 

Excellent customer service, good prices. Boom.

First off, I have only just started modifying my BRZ but what I have bought so far has been almost entirely from DSG Performance.

When I was shopping around for coilovers and some lug nuts I sent countless PM's to different vendors to see what kind of prices I could get and also some questions regarding spring rates, add-ons, etc.

Prices varied ~$200. DSG was among the cheaper.

I received some one lined responses from some vendors that simply read: $xxxx shipped there. Send payment to _______. I don't really like that so I ignored those.

Jason at DSG listened to what I wanted and gave me some inputs without discounting mine. Dude was legit.

Anytime I needed an update on the order I received a response within a day. Went back yesterday to buy some more stuff just because I liked my experience. I just like people who can be personable even on the internet; that isn't easy to do.

So if you have any experience with DSG Performance post it up here. Hope everybody's are as positive as mine.

Nick, what can I say. I treat every sale seriously regardless of the request so you'll never get a one-line from me. I've modified 100's and 100's of customer cars (including my own personal cars extensively) so aside from sales, I'm here to give as much info as possible and help people make the best choices (through a lot of trial and error of parts on our end :bonk: )

Look no where for modding advices - Jason has many years of experience, capable of providing you unbiased opinions and guide you to the right product. Most importantly, DSG offers competitive pricing, shipping, and willing to match/beat prices.

I was looking for very specific JDM parts - Varis, Tomei, and OS Giken. Jason@DSG was able to place order on time and still offered me excellent price. He was able to communicate directly with the manufacturers to provide latest order status and ETA updates. This made the whole purchasing process very pleasant as many customer would have anxiety waiting for build to order and shipping over sea products in fears of being scammed.

I recommend DSG and Jason@DSG as one of the rare high quality vendor on this forum, willing to share their knowledge, providing unbiased advise, and you can purchase with total confident.

Worked with Jason on an order recently for JPM products amongst other things. The service was great, communication was top notch and he personally emailed me multiple times to make sure that I was well cared for when there was a small issue with one of the parts not being the right one.

He covered the charges for replacement shipping and kept me informed all along. Great service and great products availability.

Well recommended vendor, you won't regret it.

I am here to post my review with DSG Performance, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I had made a decision 3 months ago to purchase a PowerHouse Amuse Exhaust and a r1000 Straight pipe combo and didnt hesitate to do so. Jason@DSGPerformance and his partner were able to answer all my questions and were able to get back at me very fast. Through out the waiting period they provided information regarding the location of the item and provided me a tracking number as soon as my exhaust was shipped to me. This Purchase was expensive but they made me feel comfortable about my purchase, and now in the future I can still continue to still buy from them. DSGPERFORMANCE stands alone in customer service with GREAT PRICES on items, and I hope this review can help other forum members to purchase from them with confidence. I ordered some wheels from Jason, great experience. Had some problems with the order that's outside of the vendor's control but Jason solved it to my fullest satisfaction. Now back to saving $$$$ again lol
