This company has been pretty good up until I requested a refund. I cancelled a backordered sharkfin and they said I will get the money refunded to my paypal account. Ever since that initial contact, three to four weeks late, after multiple attempts to contact them and no funds being put back into my account, im still here "waiting" for my refund. Im not going to say this is a bad company or to stay away but I've just had a terrible experience since I've mentioned the words cancel my order. It's actually pretty frustrating. :thumbdown:

My apologies it's just slipped the through the cracks. I'm at dinner now but will make sure that is gets done before I go to bed. Honest mistake sorry, thought it had been taken care of but see it still flagged in our system. :-(

I know that mistakes happen to everyone so this is completely understandable. Like I said earlier, I don't think you guys are a bad company at all. You guys have always provided me with great service up until this refund debacle :lol: but we are all good now. thanks again
