idk if it's possible or not but is there a way to install a custom "oh shit" handle above the passenger window?

I'm pretty sure the side curtain air bag is mounted up there and it wouldn't be possible to mount anything in that area without losing the airbag.

I thought the side curtain air bag was in the pillar parallel to the windshield, not on the roof of the car.

I can attest from first hand knowledge that the curtain is in the lining.

There's a nice big handle right on the door. Plus the seats are well bolstered, so not sure why she needs it.


Not like it's leather NA or NB Miata seats (god they suck for cornering)

They make this pill called Viagra that should assist her.

You could always fab a handle bar to the silver dash cover piece. You would have to reinforce it so when she pulls on the handle the silver dash piece doesn't pop out. Something similar to this.

Dark unfamiliar roads at 2 am, recent rain, guard rail. Good insurance is a blessing. Never planned on selling the car and now there is no way in hell its getting sold haha.
