FRS Fender Garnish W/O emblem.

Im trying to find the FRS Fender Garnish without the emblems.. as in the raised part. I just want a sleek flat garnish piece. Ive seen it on a couple cars and i assume its a custom made piece. I can't find it anywhere. Their are Carbon Fiber ones that are covers, but i cant find an actual replacement piece. Any help is appreciated!

The first link is pretty awesome, some good work. But i dont have the tools for that. And Ive seen the second one, Provas are the closest.. but they have their logo on it and i dont want any logos on the side... just a thing i guess. Oh well, guess ill keep waiting. Thanks though!

hey, i'm facing a similar situation...

i was going to debadge mine and have the body shop fill the pin holes and repaint them, but i noticed that the emblem section of the inserts are "raised"... i was so disappointed when i saw that; i should have looked closer before taking them off ;{

now i'm thinking about putting on the brz pieces, but i am a little reluctant because it just "doesn't look right," imo...

then, i came across this piece:
http://www.jscspeed.com/catalog/Suba...ubaru_BRZ.html

as you can see on the page, you can get it without the emblem...

what i wanted to know was if there are any holes or indentations where the emblem is supposed to go... it is a little difficult to see from the picture they have provided, but it looks promising...

i have inquired vivid racing, which is the parent company of agency power [afaik], so let's see what they say...

i will let you know when i have more info.

You could vinyl wrap the stock frs ones after removing the badge. That will take care of the holes.

I would be careful ordering from this company.

the area where the badge is located is "raised," not just flat with holes for the emblems...

i explained this in my post :bonk:

From their Q&A

If you get it without the emblem does it still have a spot shapped out for the 86 badge or is it smooth the whole way

MAPTech
The version of this carbon fiber insert that does not include the emblem is flat. The version with the 86 emblem is recessed/stamped.

Not sure what you're getting at, but I've ordered from JSCSpeed on numerous occasions and have been met with nothing but top-notch service.

derekk 04-14-2014 04:37 PM

Well i just ordered it through them. So we will see!

zAnSh1n 04-14-2014 04:41 PM

im pretty sure he was referring to vivid racing...

ive also heard some sketchy stuff about them...

anyways, some bad news...

i got an email from the seller:

"Thank you for the order for the Agency Power fender insert, unfortunately it has recently been discontinued. We can get you the Carbign Craft insert if you want to go that direction or if theres another one you were looking at let me know. Heres the link to the Carbign Craft, they do not come with the emblems."

i inquired if they are completely smooth... ill see what they say.
