jack stand body contact behind pincheld

So im a relatively new brz owner, did my first oil change this past weekend and everything went smooth until i removed the jackstands with with the plastic covers and see find black residue left behind. Upon further inspection of the pinchweld areas i see that directly behind the jackstand point there are bumps that come down making contact with the body unavoidable. There are indentations on these bumps, but i cant tell if it is just the undercoating. And also the driver and passenger bumps are not exact. Im worried as to what impact this can have on the unibody due to the contact and/ or damage to these sections or if these " bumps" behind the pinchwelds were designed for that exact purpose to take load off the actual pinchweld. Thnx in advance for any input!

Use a hocky puck next time to protect the car.

What I used was those thick foam pads that you find the in the small kids play pen. I cut a few and put it between the stand and the jackpoint. You can also use the really soft anti-fatigue mats. Just buy a foot and that should be enough really.
