Car PA Systems:
 

I'm in the market for a PA system for a race car and my web searching has proved very unpromising. There's eBay ones made in China that are cheap, quiet, and blow out in seconds. There's legit ones that costs hundreds. I decided to check with a few communities to see what people have in mind.

Is anyone a former police officer, or know a current police officer that might have an idea where they purchase the PA systems for their cars? If not that then do they ever have extras or used ones that they sell at low cost or donate?

Don't worry I'm not gonna be driving around making police car noises. This is strictly for track use.

Check police auctions? They sometimes have some really interesting stuff for $pluto.
