Is it ecutek code or a generic windows code ?

If it windows

Cause of the Code 37 Error

A Code 37 error basically means that the driver installed for the hardware device has failed in some way.

This issue occurs when your ecu has been flashed by 3rd party flash tools such as BRZEDIT.

I am encountering the same issue. I have a BRZedit tune on the car now, but I am trying to flash it back to an old Ecutek tune. I'm assuming I need to flash it back to a "stock" file from BRZedit first?
